(5) It was Hunson Abadeer's appearance here that made me start watching Adventure Time again; having gotten five seasons in, I'm quite surprised Bleedman hasn't used or referenced the Lich by this point. I mean he's ripe for Darker and Edgier.

How do you make something whose sole purpise is to kill everything Darker and Edgier?

Never mind the Imakandi (although I liked them too). Is that the Scotsman I see in panel 1?

Yup, that's him. I'm guessing that Jack either perished early in the SJ timeline (that is, before he met any of the SJ characters we see here), or Aku just killed him with a surprise Tele-Frag in their very first confrontation instead of simply throwing him into the future.

She also looks like a demonic Blossom, who was specifically said to be Mimi's mother.

... I just (re)watched the Samurai Jack episode "Scotsman Saves Jack" (both parts), and together with your observation as well as me noticing that the waitress has a golden medallion on her forehead paralleling the one Mimi has is making me suspect that Him (or Aku, as a favor to Him) pulled a similar stunt to the Sirens of the aforementioned Samurai Jack episode, i.e. wiped Blossom's memories, turned her into a much younger demon girl, and arranged for her to live her life as a humble waitress in a bar on Aku's turf, in some weird form of Ironic Hell.

Update. Yup, Chi noticed something odd about the girl besides looking a bit like Mimi (though apparently she didn't notice her similarity to a demonified Blossom), and two bounty hunters "request an audience" with Chi.

And we continue the conversation with the bounty hunters. Huh, so apparently the Moon was destroyed some time ago.

Love the way her eyebrows flare up at the idea she needs a bodyguard.

Seems to me that she's more offended by the idea that "K" qualifies for being her bodyguard, as opposed to the more handsome and suave Rook.

And things are about to get ugly. Oh, if only they knew who her dad/mom is. They'd be groveling in terror by now.

Also, I wonder who that new guy in the last panel is.
