I can confirm this—I've had this problem on the rare times I've read PMs on my phone.

Hey, this is not an urgent deal or anything, and using a different browser bypasses the issue, but I thought you might like to know that the PM box frame in which received messages are displayed does not have a scrolling down option, and so text in longer messages is cut off.
