I like to think that that guy was completely sincere in wanting to get them home safe, that he recognized that they were too intoxicated and was worried for their safety. And, of course, he accepted that no means no if they were going to refuse his help.

It's the best case scenario, but him noping out as soon as Dorothy mentioned boyfriends says otherwise to me. As someone mentioned in the comments, the best thing to do would be to mention to the bartender or bouncer(s) that they looked too sloshed to drive and needed a way to get home.

And, TBH, Joyce is right, she could defend Dorothy way better than Walky could.

I know it's going to be five years before there's any clarity on the nature of their interest in each other.

But in this moment that's startingly sapphic.

Willis made a hentai pinup of the pair of them as a joke. He followed it up with one of Joe and Danny.

Sure but the point is that I can't get a read on if either of them actually are bisexual, or if Willis is just happily trolling us for a decade or so.

Alters dont typically just keel over and die easily. Plus she still has the whole Derby thing going on.

We haven't seen her in a year and not really much at all since the Halloween timeskip. I'm really curious what she's making of her life at the moment.

Love that she and Amber seem to be in the same page on this, with the use of "we". Interesting that Amzi-girl isn't using her blue voice at this point.

If anything I'm happy to see AG again, she is one of my favorite characters.

We know she is no longer a super-hero, but she still exists as a person so yes, I want to see more of her.

And given the latest chapter, it serms even though she no longer dons the suit, she still likes being heroic.

More like an annoying saviour complex. She coulda just called if they needed help.

Amzi-girl is definitely on the right track however. Wasn't too long ago that she would t even tell them she was following them home.

Her life is primarily roller derby, this is just a situation in which old habits are dying hard.

Which, to be fair, this social group has had a lot of misfortune on this campus and that's going to take time for everyone to move on from.

I wonder how often Amber wakes up and curses her alter for unnecessary knee pain.

How exactly does she track their phones?

She has an app that shows her where the phones are.

Just a week ago today, Amber remarked that Amazi-Girl had been on "sabbatical".

There are a number of apps out there that request location privileges and people, in general, are very bad about just accepting all terms. Amber might have asked, or she might have arranged for useful software they'd install to include tracking permissions. From personal experience, any level of battery saver sharply reduces the utility of such apps, since the GPS only periodically gets pinged unless needed, but I'm sure there's ways around that.

I wonder if Amber and AG still have distinct memories.

x3 I thought that was shorthand for "Hasn't turned up in a while". I knew she wouldn't just "die", I was just hoping we wouldn't be "seeing" her that much anymore since the last time we "saw" her was when she was roller derbying, and the comic was content focusing more on Amber than her. Like severe Out of Focus if anything or Commuting on a Bus.

I think Amazi Girl IS commuting on a bus, given we've not seen her in a year.

Amazi might just drag the gay out of Dorothy. Or Joyce. Up in the air really
