What kind of guest character you guys wanna see?

Personally, i can take almost anything. But it would be cool to someone from Mortal Kombat. Maybe Liu Kang.

Interesting question, since tekken 8 is the most "anime" its ever been, and people are just straight up bringing guns and teleports and all sorts of fantastical stuff, that we dont even need to stick to more grounded options for guests. I know people really want Tifa, but may I suggest a character even closer to NB's wheelhouse?

More likely it would be the protaginist from Arise, but I hope this demonstrates how sick a Tales character could be.

They still need to bring Kiryu around, really.

I'd rather NB save Tales characters for the next Soul Calibur, likewise to most weapon based characters people want as guests.

That said, Eizen would be dope.

I would like it if they added a Soul Edge/Calibur guest character. One who had travelled to the future or lived through the four hundred years since the events of the Soul Edge/Calibur.

Just have Zasalamel. The guy should have been able to achieve immortality after the 16th century.

TBH, I'd just like Eliza to be a guest in Soul Calibur. For Tekken, Tifa's the trending character now, and since Kiryu wouldn't be the one because of the Like A Dragon director's stated reasons, either Ichiban or Majima would work better. But I'm fine with whoever, so long as they're fun.

Man, I really hate how the promotion/demotion mechanics in this game really incentivizes throwing a demotion risk. After all, why go the hard way of slogging your way back up through your rank after winning a demotion risk when you can just throw and get demoted, then shoot all the way to the middle of your rank again after winning your promotion match? It's such a frustrating and annoying mechanic, and that's speaking as someone who's inadvertently benefited from it twice.

His reasons "were" that Kiryu wouldn't willingly hit a woman, so he wouldn't really fit in Tekken, since it would be completely against his character.

and nightmare too since the soul edge game inferno ending had inferno in the modern world.

I love that they gave him the actual musical instruments of capoeira. I don't love that they gave him the "new default black haircut."

This is Eddy's coolest drip in the series thus far.

the killmonger locks are fine, it actually looks really good on him. plus of course he will always have his classic costumes.

Did you guys notice the theme is a remix of his tekken tag one stage as well?

So random tangent, but I like the Arcade version of Kazuya's theme from Tekken 2 more than the Playstation version. It feels like most of the foreboding dread is lost when you hear the instruments uncompressed.
