I can't say I'm surprised, having stumbled on a couple things on Youtube and Twitter over the years that's made me glance a side-eye on him. Really wasn't hoping to see him go full milkshake-duck though.

I'm actually wondering if he's said anything about Sonic's friends more recently. It wouldn't surprise me if he still held onto the old fandom idea of treating Sonic's friends like dead weight which would be really funny since the fandom has largely completely reversed on that perception. Even with Big. Especially with Big.

I did see his Twitter once but I don’t remember much from it. But yet while I’m upset I’m not surprised this happened.

If Mark thinks that about the side characters of Sonic then by his own admission the Paper Mario partners are useless then since they’re friends of Mario.
