I think he needs to realize that Julian isn't a straight guy who's gay for Aaron's manly hotness, first.

And also part of that may be accepting that it might be a Julian-only thing, so his identity doesn't have to change that drastically. Which does factor into some harmful stereotypes, e.g. "Why do you call yourself bisexual? You're married to a guy and I've only ever seen you fayer men?".

Yeah, my bad, I meant Aaron.

And the plot thickens... Julian is attracted to Kiley, maybe due to her somewhat boyish frame, and asks her to provide therapy help like she did with Deedee.

So, there's this trope on Pixie Trix Comix page:

Hollywood Law: Gi Gi wants a divorce from her unfaithful husband, but wants to be 100% sure that he won't get any part of her family's business in the settlement. Hence, she and Fi Fi have engineered a Honey Trap whereby Fi Fi seduces him and gets clear and unambiguous evidence of the fact. All classic sex comedy stuff — except that Canada has no-fault divorce these days, and pinning the blame on him shouldn't really change much about the outcome. (Adultery is one possible basis for a divorce, but it would mostly serve merely to speed up the process.) It's possible that the couple have a prenup that would make this more effective, though it's not entirely certain that would be enforceable; alternatively, the women may have some kind of blackmail scheme in mind, but that would depend on other factors to work. Really, this is just one of the comic's occasional old-school types of joke, going back to periods when the law was different.

However, according to wikipedia on no-fault divorce:

In Canada before 1968, the only grounds for divorce were adultery or cruelty. However, in 1968, the Divorce Act was amended to permit divorce for other reasons, including physical and mental cruelty and separation for at least three years. The Divorce Act was amended in 1986 to reduce the separation period to one year, with no requirement to prove "fault" by either spouse. The fault grounds for divorce are also available.

I'm pretty sure that changes things.

Somebody who knows Canadian law properly can best comment here, but my understanding (from discussions in the comic's comments area and Wikipedia) is that the modern principle is no fault divorce, though the old "fault" grounds — adultery and desertion — are still grounds for divorce. So GiGi can probably get a divorce more easily with evidence of adultery, but the law's position is that this is just handy evidence that the marriage has failed; the terms of the ensuing settlement won't be influenced by the fact that he's apparently a bit of a jerk. The law isn't concerned with who's a jerk.

However, Canadian lawyers are welcome to correct this.

Kiley and Julian are about to do some "exploring"

I can't help but feel this isn't going to go well for her. I don't see Julian being needlessly cruel, but I could readily see him just not being able to go through with things, maybe with a side order of him describing the parts of her that he is attracted to, and her realizing they're all her less-feminine ones and/or practically describe Aaron.

You'd be wrong. He has a type, which isn't entirely gender-specific.
