Mordecai and Viktor, definitely.
I want to see some of the 1920's hjinx Ivy and her college friends get up to.
I want to see...
... actual storyline progression on more than a bi-monthly or whatever basis.
I also can't help but wonder if there would be more progress in the story if the artist wasn't indulging in the extras (particularly the Fourth Wall Mailslot stuff) as often.
All your safe space are belong to TrumpI'm not going to complain about the slow update schedule, because this is the best-drawn webcomic I've seen, and I'm not sure the artist could keep that up if she had to crank out a page a week. But I agree there's been a lot of silly question-answering comics lately. Maybe she's got writer's block. (In which case, I very much sympathise.)

I wasn't really looking for weekly updates, particularly given the detailed art you mention, but after an Archive Binge earlier this year the 2-3 month pauses between minor bursts of main story output is getting a bit annoying to me, particularly when she's putting out all those side pages.
All your safe space are belong to Trump@ the pancake thing: Oh so THAT's why he likes pancakes so much!
I do wonder about the side pages — I mean, they're great, I love them, but, they don't even have to be on the same level of art as the other comics. They could be left uncolored, unshaded, unfinished, they'd still be hilarious and brilliantly drawn.
But perfectionism is a harsh mistress.
Well, if I understand your question, I don't think you really have to worry about a point at which to 'bail.' This is not a very plot-driven comic.
Ugh, this art is incredibly cramped. I really wish everyone wasn't so tiny.
Read my stories! It gets better. Trust me.
I'd say it's plot-driven, it's just that there aren't that many pages to binge yet.
Whew! Go AHR! You can do it, man.
(i wish someone could have been there to cheer me on when I archive binged Kevin and Kell. That took forever, man.)
Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.So, I've been reading Lackadaisy, as I said.
Backwards.
It's weird, it's like punchlines are always brick punchlines
Read my stories! Is anyone else having issues accessing the site? I get a "Forbidden" message when I go to the home page.
Thanks for the all fish!Me, too. I wonder what Miss Tracy is going to do.
Sites back up.
But still not yet updated with a new strip.[/grumpyimpatientbastard]

Yikes! Rocky gets hit by something, and it isn't funny!

@Gun: I know, right?!?
Rocky!
The art is, indeed, still beyond awesome, and it's nice to get a change of scenery (and more pagetime for Ivy).
I am kind of wondering how appropriate to the era her "turmoil and dark secrets" speech is. I know it's a male ideal that goes back at least to Lord Byron, but I'm not sure if 1920s ladies usually liked Troubled, but Cute guys.
Terribly worried about Rocky of course — but stunned by the lighting effects and wondering about the "ordained maniac." As I'm writing a character like that myself, I'm very, very interested...
Who would you most like to see In a spin off? Mordecai and Viktor? Mrs. Bapka? Rocky? I would vote for calvin's police training days, love to see him ax crazy at a police office.
Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.
