I feel like I missed some context with the dialogue. Why did Mordecai repeat himself and emphasize twins at the bartender's comment about the cabaret girls being "really something."
The world's gone mad, oh yes it's true But I care not, for I'm mad tooBecause Mordecai cares more about the perfect symmetry than the fact that the girls are attractive, and then is surprised that the bartender agrees.
Mordecai... a gunslinger character who dresses in predominantly dark clothing and has an affinity for symmetry... is this◊him in a previous life?
on the topic of the comic itself, i wonder what job Mordecai needs to do that would require the talents of a jewel thief.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.Well that explains some things about Rocky.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.
Man, the Marigold crew is having itself a ball.
Re-reading the trope pages, there's something I don't get about Mordecai: In some places he's described as "no sense of loyalty"; yet a few lines away having an Undying Loyalty to Atlas (as it's worth noting he only jumped ship after his death). There's also this piece of dialogue:
Serafine: De kind who turns on his pardners on a dime.
Mordecai: You don't understand anything about that.
Conclusion: I think the "no sense of loyalty" part is actually unwarranted. What do you guys think? Remove or no remove?

"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."It's Not that he isn't able to be loyal, it's just that it doesn't work how other people expect it to.
As just demonstrated . He's loyal to concepts and priorities over the vast majority of people as persons.
What does Nohbody's post demonstrate about Mordecai and loyalty? It's just the latest pages.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Which demonstrate his priorities and reasoning. Again.
Are we totally sure Rocky's never been anywhere near Dyne water? <_<
Normally I'd say yes, since there's that ocean in the way, but we just had that poem about how water travels...
Rocky should really be more careful with his head.

I love how insufferably Rocky he is at the poor lawman. "But then who would deliver the pie?"
Lawman? Looks like one of the Marigold guys to me.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."Wasn't weasel-face that guy that Zib met while in the drunk tank? Webcomic Time, man, I lose track of these things.
Nah, that was Dom Zib met. These are Marigold enforcers of some variety.

It's amazing how far this guy has come from the unflappable murderer he was first showed as.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.
