Well I suppose he has his moment but really I think its more of a Mood-Swinger outside he is might be Deadpan but inside its nowhere close to that.
(there is probably a better trope to link instead of Mood-Swinger but I cant think of it at the moment.)

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!"Well I suppose he has his moment but really I think its more of a Mood Swinger outside he is might be Deadpan but inside its nowhere close to that." - Raso
... what?
He doesn't fit the trope IMO. he isn't the usual calm Kyon type character, he is a Mood-Swinger calm one sec then Laughing Manically the next second.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!... hmm, should I scrap him from the list then? Anyone else have any input on this?
I would agree that TDK Joker isn't a Deadpan Snarker or a Large Ham, but a Mood-Swinger who displays moments of Deadpan Snarkiness and of Hamminess.

... should Joker be removed from the example lists then?
Deadpan Snarker
Large Ham
Supposedly the former is supposed to be much more subdued, and deliver their snarks in a, well, fairly deadpan way, whereas a Large Ham is supposed to be over-the-top and enthusiastic. But I can think of characters who strike me as both.
For example, The Joker from The Dark Knight comes across as a Deadpan Snarker in this scene, whereas he comes across as more of a Large Ham in this scene.
Then again, TDK's Joker wasn't even considered a Deadpan Snarker until I added him as such. Does this suggest that he isn't deadpan enough to qualify?
