A long time ago, there was a newcomer troper known online only as "OverDriver05", who strived to be a better contributor to the website by providing useful edits to pages on obscure media which he enjoyed in his youth. However, being relatively new to TvTropes, he has no idea how the rules of the website work.
Thus, through an admittedly confusing mix-up involving multiple e-mail accounts and an online forum argument regarding a certain web-series, OverDriver05 was permanently banned from the site. For a few years, he has been pleading with the TvTropes' admins for his account to be unbanned, yet it fell on deaf ears, even swearing never to forgive TvTropes for this act while they let other violators scot-free...
Yet, those few years have done something good for him, now that he has more experience with the Internet. Now a fledgling artist, as well as being an all-round nice guy who found the time to counsel his friends in time of need, he decided to go back to TvTropes, this time with a new identity and a promise to keep: to never repeat the same mistake he has made in the past, and to never open a forum ever again.
Thus, from OverDriver05's ashes came a new name to call his own: StephenEpsilons.
Tropes applied to StephenEpsilons:
- Berserk Button: China in general is one for him, all for a myriad of reasons which he can't disclosed.
- Bullying in general is also one of his biggest buttons one shouldn't press, as he was a victim of bullying in the past due to being different.
- Diagnosed by the Audience: Part of StephenEpsilons' background involves him being described by his parents, peers and other adults as "a special child", often citing him Talking to Themself, forgetting and remembering things he normally couldn't recall, and having occasional bouts of mood swings. All are symptoms of someone suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder (or DID), which he laments about even having.
- Brutal Honesty: If there's one thing StephenEpsilons is commonly known for, it's that he doesn't hold back on saying what's really on his mind at all, consequences be damned. Fortunately, he's always very earnest in what he believes is the right thing.
