Tropers / Four K

I first discovered TV Tropes back in 2011 when I was linked here from the Sega Forums (I believe the page was The Fool) and was hooked instantly. I had never seen anything like it, and I wanted to see it all. It wasn't long before I was habitually opening dozens of tabs in my browser, devouring page after page of tropey goodness like it was digital crack-cocaine, and I even started using trope terms in casual conversation. This was how I discovered my passion for the arts; film, television, comic books, you name it. Much of my favorite media I discovered through this site. Discovering the forum years later only added to my addiction. For better or worse, this site is a staple in my life, and I hope it never dies.
