The show has a lot of these, almost all of which are lampshaded or subverted at some point. Often they'll be borrowed by another character, most obviously in "Hail Doofania!".

Heinz Doofenshmirtz
- "Curse you, Perry the Platypus!"
- "Ah, Perry the Platypus, your timing is [adjective with prefix], and by '[same adjective with prefix]' I mean COMPLETELY [SAME ADJECTIVE WITHOUT PREFIX]!"
- He does this even if, strictly speaking, the word doesn't exist without the prefix. For example, impeccable (by which he means completely peccable).
- "Hey, is that [insert band here]?"
- "A platypus?" (Perry puts on his fedora) "PERRY THE PLATYPUS?!"

Doofenshmirtz: If by working you mean functioning properly, then no.
- Lampshaded in Phineas and Ferb: Across the Second Dimension by Doofenshmirtz, talking to himself from another dimension.
- "Behold, the [what it does]-inator!"
Isabella Garcia-Shapiro
- "Hey, Phineas! Whatcha doin'?"
- Isabella is apparently very protective of this one, as evidenced during "Out of Toon" when she interrupts Buford saying it with a sharp elbow to the gut (Buford appears to fear her wrath and apologizes, but she shuts him up and say "We'll talk about this later") and the Christmas Special, where Candace says it and we get a cut to Isabella making an "I sense a disturbance" face.
- In "Suddenly Suzy", Isabella is visibly aggravated when first Suzy then Candace steal her "Whatcha doin'?" thunder. "Do I even need to be here?!"
- "Oh Phineas!"
- We need the [insert title of accomplishment patch] patch.
- "Fireside Girls, report!"
- "Ok girls!"

- "Who wants snacks/[insert food here]?"
- "Come help me with the groceries"
- "Hurry up, I got frozens!"
- "What is it you wanted to show me?" - upon seeing nothing
- "That wasn't very nice." - said when something disappears or changes before she looks, causing her to misinterpret another character's statement as an insult
- "What does that even mean?" - said by in response to a statement for which she has no frame of reference)
- "There's a [Cassandra Truth] behind me, isn't there?"
- "Teenagers!"
Major Monogram
- "Oh there you are Agent P!"
- "Good morning Agent P!"
- "Carl!"
- "Be quite Carl!"

- "Hey, where's Perry?"
- "Oh there you are Perry."
- "Ladies and gentlemen, I give you..."
- "He's a platypus. They don't do much."
- Receiving the question "Are you a little young to [be doing whatever they're doing]?" "Why yes. Yes I am."
- "Ferb and I are... (insert rest of project here)"
- "How serendipitous!"
Stacy Hirano
- "Will you call my mom and tell her that?" (in response to someone, usually Candace, calling her a genius)

Other:
Catchphrases that aren't specific to characters or are conversations
- "Aren't you a little too young to be (doing)...?"
- "Yes. Yes, I am." (This response is also used by other characters in response to any yes or no question.)
- Candace and Linda:
- Candace: OK, tell me you don't see a Cassandra Truth in the backyard!
Linda: Ok, I don't see a Cassandra Truth in the backyard.
- Candace: OK, tell me you don't see a Cassandra Truth in the backyard!
- "In retrospect, I question the wisdom of..." An irregular one that Doofenshmirtz, Phineas or Ferb share.
- "Why would you open a (insert sales product here) store without any (previously mentioned products)? Did you think (said products) would just fall out of the sky?!"
- Stacy and Candace squeal back and forth over the phone, usually in response to something Jeremy does or says.
- "MY WATERMELON!!!!"
Miscellaneous
- Several of these even have their own songs in "Rollercoaster: The Musical!".
- The episode "Ferb TV" has a fake sitcom called "That's The Norm" featuring Suzy and Norm the Giant Robot Man. It gives Jeremy the catchphrase of "Holy guacamole, you sure are a handful!" Yes, it's just as forced as it sounds, and it's glorious.
