According to Wikipedia, Mugihito (born August 8, 1944) (麦人) is actually a veteran voice actor and stage actor whose true name is Makoto Terada (寺田 誠). He was born in Musashino, Tokyo, and his sister is the actress Michie Terada.
Being in his 70s and active ever since 1970, Mugihito tends to portray the old man archetype. What kind of old man he plays, however, can vary: At one moment he can be the kind Team Dad, but at others he will play the biggest Jerkass ever.
