Pretty well, actually.

There are four steps.

1. You put in the wikiword to customize. The wikiword should already exist. We are setting out right now to make it say something different from what it normally does.
2. We show you how the wikiword would normally display. If the capitalization breaks the word up oddly, the match won't work.
3. You give us the text to be displayed instead.
4. A moderator approves the substitution.
