Seeing Sheridan ordering an armada consisting of a coalition of worlds to hold their ground between the amassed war fleets of the two most powerful races (the Shadows and Vorlons) in the galaxy, and then GETTING their attention by hurling nuclear mines at their capital ships.

What’s more is that the two races are later defeated, yelled down and convinced to leave after they’ve been shown to secretly have been influencing masses of wars and even the evolution of entire races throughout the galaxy in attempts to gain an upper hand in their own conflict.

"I am Susan Ivanova, commander, daughter of Andrei and Sophie Ivanov.

"I am the right hand of vengeance, and the boot that is going to kick your sorry ass all the way back to earth. I am Death incarnate, and the last living thing that you are ever going to see.

"God sent me."

Sheridan, Ivanova, Garibaldi and Dr. Franklin in the conference room. Earth Alliance ships are headed their way to arrest them and place Babylon 5 under the direct control of the President. Sheridan asks them what they should do. They all reply

"FIGHT".

Sheridan goes to Z'ha'dum, even though he knows it's "Almost Certainly a Trap". On Z'ha'dum there is an attempt by his resurrected but dead wife along with Mr. Morden and a "Middle Man" to convert him to the Shadow's side. Sheridan refuses, and there is an off-screen fight in which he gets very bloodied. Cut to him moving towards the center of the underground Shadow city, and hitting some buttons on his comlink. Cut to the White Star, his ship, in orbit, where two nuclear devices click on, and the calm, female computer voice says, "Armed for Thermonuclear Detonation". Then the White Star accelerates. Cut back to Sheridan on the balcony over a yawning chasm, facing the woman who looks exactly like his wife but is no longer her. He leaps into the yawning chasm, and the White Star crashes into the Shadow city, destroying it in nuclear fire.
