Year 18.1: A mysterious airship with a Waddle Dee painted on it begins launching bombs (that can go underwater somehow) on the merfolk's homeland (or homewater?), sparking a war between them despite the Waddle Dees' constant denial. Unbeknownst to them, the Waddle Dees are not responsible; a mysterious figure is. Now who could this mysterious figure be?

Oh, of course, it's the almighty Emperor Evulz, hailing from the distant planet of Playinwif. He has arrived here to cause some trouble and dominate Earth. Why? For the Evulz.

Year 19: Humanity invents clay and bricks. Later, the first buildings, and later villages, arose.

Year 19.1. The Koopas and Merfolk decide to declare an alliance over fear of what they believed was the attack by the Waddle Dees. No one yet knows of this mysterious enemy known as Evulz.

Year 19.2: The Humans learn about the new side of Waddle Dees from the Koopas and join the alliance. Many of the first written books are anti Waddle Dee propaganda.

The Squirtle Squad, however, think someone else is at play...

Year 19.3: The Waddle Dees begin to invent advanced weapons such as swords, maces, lances, and the like. They start to forge alliances with elves and a few humans who did not buy the anti-Waddle Dee propaganda.

Year 20: Apparently Germany is founded by a few humans who share Evulz passion of conquest but disapprove of them being the overmind. Basically: human supremacists.

Year 20.1. Humans invent a variety of ball based sports... football, basketball, tennis, you name it. And the Waddle Dee's are excited... till they notice that the balls all look like them

That's right. In this universe, humans invented sport as an excuse to beat up Waddle Dee's

Year 21: Waddle Dee Town is founded. The Waddle Dees forged the bow and arrow and taught it to the elves and human allies of Waddle Dees. A species of mushroom-people, the Toads took a liking to the Waddle Dees, and soon forged an alliance with them.

Germany apparently has experienced its first coup, splitting it into Bavaria and Prussia. Prussia being the extremist Supremacist paradise, and Bavaria outlawing ball games to protect Waddle Dees.

What doesn’t help is that after Bavaria splitting away, a separate faction has been growing in popularity.

Said faction has a…genocidal streak against anything other than humans…

The Squirtle Squad return back to the sea, to tell the merfolk about Emperor Evulz. It takes a while, but they manage to get the head honchos to believe them

Ocean | He/They

Year 22: The humans allied with Waddle Dees built and founded a kingdom called Terra, located some distance from Waddle Dee Town. Humans also start using Mana and thus the ability to practice magic. The first mages are born.

Year 22.1: Emperor Evulz forms his own country, Evulland. His operations are now located there. The Squirtle Squad begin to plan an attack on the country and gather evidence to expose their connection to the Waddle Dee-Merfolk war.

Year 22.2: It is found that most people are completely unable to use magic, god is one of these people but manages to make people continue to believe he has full control over all forms of magic through many tricks involving strings, smoke and the newly discovered "mirrors".

Unfortunately God's rival Staan has been practicing fire magic...

Year 22.3: The Toads have founded a village called Toad Town, with Mushroom Houses. The Goombas and Koopas then invade Toad Town, causing the Toads to retaliate with their new weapons.

Year 22.4

Prussia joins the war between Koopas and Toads, only with their motive for that being to conquer both sides. That it failed miserably is an understatement.

Year 23

The Squirtle Squad sneaks past Evulland's walls, and with Emperor Evulz being at the front lines, they are able to look through his office without the risk of being found.

They find a Pen Drive with the words "War Plans" written on it. They send their findings back to the other Squirtles.

Meanwhile, the ocean is starting to become hotter. It is found that Satan is using his fire magic to heat up the ocean floor, hoping to boil all aquatic life

Year 23.1: The Toads' most prized heirloom, the Super Crown, is stolen by Emperor Evulz. The Toads, believing that the Waddle Dees were responsible, terminate their alliance with them.

Meanwhile, a young Koopa named Bowser notices the tensions between the two races and, knowing of Emperor Evulz's true machinations, promises the Toads that he'll get the Super Crown back for them. He claims to be doing this for the benefit of Toadkind, but his intentions might not as noble as he claims...

Year 23.2

Bavaria attempts to give relief aid to the Toads and Merfolk alike. They succeed, although their help might not be enough.

Year 23.3: The Waddle Dees fortify the Waddle Dee Town with brick walls.

In the Kingdom of Terra, a boy named Adrian and a girl named Willow are chosen as protectors of their Kingdom due to the former's fighting skills and the latter's latent magic powers.

Year 24: His new name was mentioned earlier but Staan renamed himself to Satan thinking it sounds more intimidating.

Anyways, the Squirtle Squad found Satan's seafloor bunker and arrested him. Unfortunately the current rudimentary prisons could not contain someone with such powerful fire magic, Satan escaped and fled to the Wizard House of Fire where he killed the old leader and became the new one.

Year 24.1: In the middle of the war between Toads and Koopas, a valiant hero emerges, named Super Mario. Or just... well, Mario. He starts plotting to assist the Toads.
