Cleaning Up Outdated Pages In General

A lot of Dungeons & Dragons examples on many trope lists refer to rules, mechanics, etc. that only existed in older editions of the game, with no indication that it doesn't exist in modern versions. Most don't even indicate what edition it was in.

That's a problem with a lot of the Warhammer 40,000 pages as well; a lot of updates were made to reflect the 8th edition rules, but the game's in its 10th edition now and very little has been made current.
