Beetrain's girls with guns trilogy has yuri. In El Cazador De La Bruja the yuri is there. It stares at you and says "Ambiguous speculation? Fuck that!". Noir on the other hand takes the ambiguous thing. Word of God says that the yuri exists if you want it to and doesn't if you don't want to it. Thank for your handwave God! I have not yet watched Madlax but there is likely something there to please you yuri fans.
If you enjoy .hack then .hack//SIGN has a yuri pairing though it takes forever for us to be certain that it is. The .hack//ZERO novel continues on with this pairing revealing to us once and for all that is indeed a pairing. I have not found a translation of this series and it stopped after one book.

If you prefer aimless speculation and ambiguity to go with your comedy then try her Hayate Cross Blade series which is available in English thanks to Sevenseas! Why there's swords and a character who is a gigantic parody of the student council president characters! Did I mention that is was a Hayashiya manga and therefore hillarious?

If you enjoy well done porn then Maka Maka may be of interest to you. This can be found in physical form in English and I hear that release is positively smashing. It keeps the color pages (the entire thing is in color) and the very nice covers.

Plica is a yuri written by a lesbian. I have not read it yet, but it seems interesting.
Yuri Monogatari has some interesting yuri tales. Works by Althea Keaton are favorites of mine in those anthologies.
Strawberry Marshmallow has Miu. Miu is funny and some of use speculate that she is an EPL in training and Chika's future girlfriend.
Loveless has a very good yuri arc. The series in general is good as well though the girls disappear and are never mentioned again outside of some drama cd.
Because speculation and wishful thinking is what we yuri fans do best Kaleido Star, Aria, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, and many other series with female characters are of interest. PGSM just...radiates teh gei without actually having any. If another season with the Outers were made the world would implode from gei overload.
