EDIT: Thinking it over again, Revert.

Keep current.
I'm just a psycho, babe! Come and go out my mind. I didn't lose it, babe! There wasn't much to find.I guess keep the current.
I’m sorry, but you have Stage 9 Animes.Revert. I find the old one way more visually interesting as it tells me about the characters from their body languages and current is just a generic Stacked Characters Poster.
I'm actually very fond of the old one, it's more melancholic and contemplative.
I'm with Gracie and Synch: revert.
I’m in for revering as well.
back lolRevert.
Gonna defend current a bit here and elaborate a bit more on why I prefer it, while I get the preference for the original/1.1 (and I like it myself), the issue with it IMO is that it is a poster for a specific film (2.0), so it might be better saved for if/when 2.0 gets its own page rather than it be the image for the film series as a whole. While current/1.2 is seemingly more "generic", the lack of specific logos and what not make it better suited as a film series image IMO. It is also higher quality and cleaner.

Evangelion 2.0 poster is thought provocative, but it's not really a good indication of what this film series is about. You might confuse it for an anime adaptation for Shinji Ikari Raising Project.
And keep in mind, the original image was posted back when there was only two Rebuild movies out (which were pretty much remakes). The other two is where Rebuild got its distinct identity and became something more than just a remake of the original anime series.
The moment when things went off script is when Shinji activates Eva-01 to go into Awakening mode and kickstart the Third Impact early. Which is what the current image shows. The moment thing went off-rail for this series of remakes.
Because of this, I would give to current.

Revert pending other ideas, the current is way too busy for my liking.
Been looking through the Internet, and I found this:
The artist is Takeshi Honda, an animator and artist who worked on the Rebuild series as animation director and original character designer.
EDIT: Here's one without the white border.

Clock is set. Any opinion on ?
I'd like to apologize for all this. You know, I would like to know if what your thoughts are with this image.
Still siding with the original image (1.1), it feels the most appropriately atmospheric and standout image.
Thanks for playing King's Quest V!I'm still in for 1.1 as well. Suggestion in 15 is nice, but I'm not a fan of how horizontal it is:
back lolI prefer 1.1 as well.
THE GOLDEN AGE WILL RETURN AGAIN!Crowner's hooked, shutting off clock.
Votes bump; one in the green right now.
Calling for 1.1. It's back in and the page is tagged, closing.
Old pic:
Crown Description:
Rebuild Of Evangelion
The image was originally this:
However, on March 6th, 2024, the image and the caption were unilaterally changed to this by StephenEpsilons.
According to a commented-out note on the page, this is official art taken from Yoko Takahashi's "EVANGELION EXTREME" mini-album for the Rebuild of Evangelion movie tetralogy.
As far as which one is better. I prefer the current image since it is more visually interesting and works better for a page covering all the films (not to mention it features an EVA). But, what do you think?
