Huh, I wonder what are those suggestive themes, specially since they aren't considered "mild", like in the ratings of other games. Like, I don't know, is Bulma a playable character and has her rabbit costume as an option? Do they give adult Chi-Chi her child armor? Do they let Roshi have too much fun with his dialogue? 
Aside from that, just learning about the character announcements I somehow missed before, the addition of Kakunsa makes me hope that at least one representative of each universe in the Tournement of Power could make it in. Probably a bit hard for a couple of the more forgetable universes, but it would be cool.

TBH it's not totally unlikely. Her design and backstory does seem to be Toriyama's idea. So I can totally see her in it.
I dunno about the base roster, but I could definitely see 21 being a DLC pack. She probably could count as 3 characters, with her Base, Majin and Evil forms. Though it does make me wonder if other game-original characters could be added too. Raging Blast 2 did have Hatchiyack from Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans. Could we potentially see characters like Ozotto, Shallot, Bonyu, Pinich, Chronoa, or any of the characters Heroes added as DLC?

Do you think Whis will be playable? They'd have to make up a lot of his moveset, but that hasn't stopped the video games before.
I think they'll make him playable since there's already precedent for him either being playable or a boss in Xenoverse, Fusions and Kakarot.
Plus not like they haven't invented moves for people who haven't fought much before, such as Supreme Kai.
To make it easier on the devs, they could just give Whis his Xenoverse moveset. 17 (Super) already has his Xenoverse ultimate. They could probably borrow stuff from Battle of Z and Heroes as well.

Oh, so it seems that "Trunks (Sword)" is a separate character from "Future Trunks". Now I really wanna know what Future Trunks' moveset is.

Indeed, Future Gohan is definitely missing his left arm. Also, a slight look at DBZ 17, since that's the person he's fighting.
On a side-note, just as I predicted, Whis is indeed using his Xenoverse ultimate.

This is giving me more potentially misplaced Android 21 hope, if they are indeed willing to pull from other games for this one. But then again, Fighter Z had different developers, huh?

I'm sure Android 21 will show up, she's a popular character, and you need fanservice characters in fighting games.

Don't let the "Budokai Tenkaichi" name fool you, Tenkaichi/Sparking and its successor Raging Blast were made by Spike (now Spike Chunsoft), while the OG Budokai games were made by Dimps, who also did a bunch of other games such as Advanced Adventure, Evolution, Xenoverse, Heroes, Legends, The Breakers, as well as some Sonic and Street Fighter games.
Either way, having different devs don't stop them from borrowing each other's ideas. Xenoverse 2's upcoming DLC has DBS 18 and DBS Videl borrow moves from FighterZ and Super DBZ.

Apparently the game has been giving an ESRB rating of T for blood, violence, and suggestive themes. Also, the European Bamco youtube channel added an unlisted video to their Sparking Zero playlist.
