And there isn't a style that allows to use the bigass sword.
Wake me up at your own risk.Avatar items seems to sell like hot cakes in Asia, so I wouldn't expect them to go away anytime soon.
As long as they drop a new character costume every once in a while, I'm good.
Gameplay trailer of Akuma.
He's finally here.
I await modern controls Akuma.

Blog post that goes into more detail on Akuma.
Also.
Looks like he picked up a bit from Gouken this time around.
I think I agree. SF 6's is epic, but I like the "we see enough of it to almost have an idea what's happening, but not enough of it to be sure" angle of SFV's more than the overtly supernatural take of SF 6's

Capcom confirms you cannot do Akuma’s Raging Demon in the Modern control scheme. it’s still accessible, but you have to input it manually.

Oh man, I can see people on reddit cheering.

I've seen a lot of backlash towards this theme for being kinda forgettable at best, which I honestly agree with, but I really don't get the hate the game's OST as a whole has been getting. I admit the character themes are generally pretty lackluster (with a few exceptions, like Ryu, Jamie and Guile's themes), but it feels like they're the only thing anyone ever talks about. The stage themes in particular get slept on so badly; hell, even World Tour has a handful of bangers (I spent ages trying to find the training theme from the opening). This feels like a pattern, too - SFV and IV had some killer stage themes as well (Solar Eclipse, anyone?), and yet some people say the series hasn't had any good music at all since the III series. Music taste is subjective and all but that statement I just don't understand. :V
"If you think like a child, you will do a child's work."World Tour I’d say has most of the best songs in the game (imo All Over The World is outright THE best song in the game), but a problem is that a lot of people playing the competitive modes never picked up that mode at all, and so never experienced that music.
Heck, of all the fighting game streamers I follow, the only one I can think of who actually made an effort to do World Tour was Rooflemonger.

I like the whole "short but decisive" theme they went for for all his supers minus the SGS. That Critical Art is badass.
