This thread is meant to be a place for people to ask questions and request discussion about existing page images they have concerns about; this can be used to determine if a thread should be made to replace an image.
For example, questions about Just a Face and a Caption concerns, whether a picture requires additional context, whether a picture demonstrates all of the necessary aspects or a trope, or whether a trope better demonstrates a related trope can be asked here.
I agree that there are quality issues with it, but it's a Keep Until Better Image Suggested for me.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.Here's a replacement suggestion
Why is Prison Rape barred from having a caption? Isn't it JAFAAC anyway??
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢He's in a jail cell and another prisoner is looking at him in a "you sure got a pretty mouth" way...that implies the trope about as well as it can be implied. The previous thread decided to leave it without a caption and let the pic speak for itself.

I assume that Not Used to Freedom is an entire Garfield strip?
I believe it is. Just the second and third panels could work.
back lolWhat do people think of the image on Fission Mailed? Sure, it's the trope namer, but it's essentially a meaningless empty blue room, a lot of unreadably tiny text, and the trope name in the corner. It doesn't strike me as a very good image.
I think it's fine. It's obviously a Game Over screen, but with a lot of hints that the game over is a fake-out.
And by "lots of hints" you mean "a single hint, i.e. the misspelling in the top right corner", right?
If you're not familiar with the game depicted, it doesn't even particularly look like a game over screen.
"EMIT CONTINENT" is also a hint, but without having played the game, I don't see anything else that indicates the game over screen is fake.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.I've never played the game either, and I understood it. "Fission Mailed" is obviously a corrupted mission failed at least.
I wouldn't mind finding a solid replacement if we find a solid replacement, but it's not bad enough to leave the page blank.
Yeah, I’d say that’s a weak Keep Until Better Image Suggested case.
I'm with here. Start a thread if you have alternate suggestions, but otherwise keep.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.Amusing Injuries looks somewhat off to me... is this fan art that almost-but-not-quite gets the shapes right? If so, should we replace it by a similar image from the cartoon?
That does look like fan art...shouldn’t be hard to find something from the actual cartoon.
How well do the following page images work for people unfamiliar with the works?:
The former is OK, since it looks like the titular twins are hugging. The latter looks more scary than awesome.

Keet cleanupIs Rich Bitch too close to being JAFAAC? I’m seeing the “rich” but not really the “bitch”.

back lolThat one was selected in this crowner...which is borked. Her facial expression sells it well enough that I think it's a solid Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
I hadn't even considered the possibility of it looking scary. Well, there goes my alternative image idea of the same character with even more fire, and *checks the scene in question* also surrounded by burning corpses.

It'd work great for Nightmare Fuel, though!
Jawbreakers on sale for 99¢Heh. It's not played for Nightmare Fuel though, it's a moment of triumph. Well, there shouldn't be any shortage of potential images for nightmare fuel.
Doesn't matter if it's actually Nightmare Fuel in context if it looks scary.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure Pureness
The trope Gun Kata is basically moving in a certain way during a gun fight, and/or doing hand-to-hand combat while both parties wield a gun. The image is a dark gray series of silhouettes; I don't think that illustrates the trope at all.
