So I've noticed something about this new season. First, like I said previously, it seems Blaine has been dumped by Clover (although you have to admit, that was the longest running relationship Clover has ever had, so there's that), and it also seems like their mothers again don't know about their daughter's double life as spies, despite at the end of Totally Busted them being employed at WOOHP.

\*WHOOP

This season, like TTG, has no continuation from the original. It could be a grand dream one of the girls is having.

Episode 9: The Granny returns. Although you might already guess it in the first few minutes. For the rest, I actually kind of like nice Mandy. She looks way more cute like that.

Episode 10: First of all, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, this episode is fucking awesome AND fucking gay at the same time. It's one of those rare cases where the awesomeness comes from the entire situation being completely gay. It's one of the more glorious episodes of this season. Seriously, I'm not going to spoil this one, not even the premise. This one you seriously have to watch yourself.

Episode 11: Dog Show Showdown. It was a very meh episode with a very meh B-plot. The villain of the episode is very predictable.

Episode 12: Mandy Doll Mania! First of all, the return of an old villain (or at least most assume he is). Second, fuck, those Mandy dolls are fucking hot! Yes, it's as disturbing as it sounds. Also, Clover and Alex being tied up against each other? FUCKING HOT! Also one of my fetishes, having two girls tied to each other, but I'm not going to bother you with my fetishes. Finally, seriously, how the fuck could they get Mandy panties past the radar? At least I assume it wasn't a translation error, as I've seen it in Dutch only and they were called Mandy slipjes. And I really don't think it was a translation error, as Mandy was wobbling awkwardly, probably implying that they were very uncomfortable to wear, or at the very least that she wore ones that were too small. Fuck, I think a boner is coming up now...

Episode 12: Evil Ice Skater. Holy fuck, Alex again is fucking adorable! Also, I assume Alex' parents are divorced? Also, worst villain ever. Literally, the worst villain ever.

Because it's probably not out yet in English. Currently I assume it's only in Dutch and German, not sure if French is also there.

Nope. They're purely in Dutch, no subtitles, no nothing. Didn't you get the fact that I'm Dutch myself?

Okay, so episode 14 was mediocre. Yet another villain incompetent in what that villain claims to be good at.

Episode 15 for the first time in my opinion shows how hot Clover can be, with her new look. Well, sort of her new look. Not sure if I should spoil it, I mean, it is in the first two minutes, but it's pretty sort of important to the B-plot.

Episode 16, Trent Goes Wild. Title says it all, I guess. Also, paralyzed Mandy is fucking hot. I'd so do her.

A bunch of new ones.

Episode 17 - Little Dude: This episode can be described with the word "lame". It's about some old and forgotten skater dude who turns the world into a big skate park just so that he can show that he's still on top, or something.

Episode 18 - Totally Switched Again: The return of an old villain, as well as Jerry's mother. Overall it's a kind-of meh episode, not bad, not good.

Episode 19 - Clowning Around!: An episode about clowns. Yeah, it's not really a good episode. Just another Jazz Hands type of character. As the You Tube comments noted, Bozette Slapstick and Jazz Hands make an excellent couple.

Episode 20 - Astro-Not!: Let's just say that this one really doesn't give a fuck about physics, so with that being said, it's still not that great an episode. It's kind of boring, actually, just another villain who is supposedly not remembered, mostly due to the fact that this person sucks at his / her job. In this case the villain failed to pass a psychology test during astronaut training. In the end she doesn't want to be in space anymore.

Episode 21 - Baddies on a Blimp: Enough is enough! I have had it with these motherfucking baddies on this motherfucking blimp! Everybody strap in! We're about to open some fucking windows. Three villains return, Yves Mont Blanc, Manny Wong and Violet Vanderfleet. Apparently Yves Mont Blanc was a bad enough villain to be sent to the WOOHP prison island. Oh, and Clover tries to find an ex to date, and apparently Blaine is one of Clover's exes. Of course.

Don't worry, they're in a university now, and it appears that they were in their 16s at the start of season 1. Since then a couple of years have passed.

Which language version?

Anyway, a few days since I've seen episode 22, Jungle Boogie, and I just have to say this episode was pretty stupid. I mean, yet another plant-based villain? Just a day after we've got another one? And aside from that, fucking talking plants (sort of talking that is)? Also, yet another B-plot about Clover and Mandy entering some competition to become the face of whatever product it was, and of course Mandy had to win so that she had to do some stupid chore, in this case cleaning up the entire goddamn beach. On the plus side, Sam looked cute in the hairstyle she wears for the first half of the episode, which also carries over to her spy form.

EDIT:

So I was thinking, there are a lot of Totally Spies episodes, and I've seen most of them. So, it might be fun for me to do a sort of commentary about each episode, kind of a vlog or something. I might do one today.

The setup is like this. First, I'll go through the episode while I'm watching it, as a kind of refreshment of the episode, then I give you my opinion. Obviously the commentary will be probably laden with strong language and shit, but who cares anyway.

Okay, final four episodes.

23 - Danger TV I've seen this one a while ago, and I have to say, it was kind of mediocre. Basically the villain is kind of like Lumiere, except this time it's a reality TV show called Danger TV.

24 - Solo Spies I think that, even though it's not the best in my opinion, it's still one of the most interesting ones. The girls are all promoted into solo spies, which they obviously don't like. Meanwhile, a villain kidnaps spies.

25 & 26 - So Totally Versailles! The two-parter finale. The first episode kind of starts off slow, but it's an interesting episode nevertheless. After their teacher, Professor Plunkett, enters his class in a fashion competition and wins, the entire class gets to go to Versailles, including the girls. What's supposed to be a vacation however becomes a mission when students begin disappearing.

Overall, I think this season of Totally Spies had a lot of downs, more than the ups. I do think there are some episodes that are really interesting, though.

By the way, all episodes I believe are now also in English, so I guess you can find them somewhere. I've only seen a part of the first episode, Nine Lives, in English, and I've got to say, I like the Dutch version more because Feline Dion sounds way more hot in there, almost erotic even. I just have a thing for women with glasses. But whatever.

EDIT: By the way, you should seriously go watch the episode The Dusk of Dawn, which is episode 10. This one really is good for both the wrong and the right reasons.

Got the set of the first 3 seasons.

In the last minute of one of the episodes in the second season, the audio just disappears. Hope that's not an issue on every copy of that disc.

Also happens on the episode "The Elevator"

My favorite episode of the show was when the villains used a device to switch the girls' appearances around, and Clover had big, ugly looking legs XD!

Everyone should watch this.

I always love the shows that you can go back and re-watch when you are older and understand things so much more easily...

Clover was always my favorite but...goddam, "Bimbolini" = awesome.

EDIT:

And that's Simon Templeman in the one episode! I'm sure of it! I have to rewatch this show now.
