Its still amusing that the way to keep Wyll from getting devil-ed is to KO him every night before bed until Act 2 so Mizora keeps away.

Shadowheart's also willing to join in if you sleep with the Drow twins, but Karlach isn't. So it might also be a personal taste thing, in addition to Karlach hating Mizora.

Karlach doesn't immediately dump you IIRC; hell, Wyll romancing Karlach can have Mizora's encounter and Karlach will go "dude, don't do that to yourself, you are better than that":

Karlach doesn't opt out of the twins because she's monogamous, it's because the idea of an orgy with siblings squicks her out, because incest. And yes, the fact that she is the only person in the entire game who cares is what makes this very reasonable opinion so notable.

He looked like he was about to pass out, poor guy. But it was great when all the BG3 folks gave him a standing ovation after the announcement. Totally deserved it, IMHO, just for that song during that fight. And on a related note, Andrew Wincott's acceptance speech was great fun (did you know he was in the first Broken Sword??).

Definately was overwhelmed understandably.

So question about the Timeline

The Emperor says he left Baldurs gate when he heard of a treasure in Moonrise tower, where he got tadpole'd and became a mindflayer. We even see Moonrise in this flashback.

But Moonrise was built under order of Ketheric himself, by his architect (which you meet in the House of Hope). So Moonrise is like, 200 years old top? Ketheric's a half elf so the place can't be this old especially since his immortality started during his war as a Sharran so like, 100 years ago.

But like Balduran was last seen in his city in -1000 DR. So like, how the fuck did he live to the ripe old age of 2300 years old. This puts him as more than twice Elminster's age. What did he do during that time? He's only been a Mindflayer for like, 100 years?

It's a mystery what exactly happened to Balduran on the voyage in which he vanished or how he lived to the time of BG III even as a regular human and not a mindflayer.

He probably had a lot of adventures we'll probably never find out about before coming back home and becoming a mindflayer.
