What would be a good umbrella term for the trilogy of episodes featuring Hot Dog Guy? I've recently come to the conclusion that it's the greatest trio of animated shorts since the Hunting trilogy.

You know, I wouldn't mind hearing a full version of the montage song from "The Burden"

The movie for The Amazing World Of Gumball has been greenlit. Not only that, a new Gumball series is currently in development.

The New Gumball series will actually be the Amazing World of Gumball Jr. and focus on Gumball and Penny's son, Gumball Jr. All the other cast members will be the children of the Gumball characters, all with "Jr" at the end of their names.

I'm really looking forward to the movie and sequel series. Gumball is my boyfriend's favorite CN show. He likes the "plant culture" episode a lot, really most scenes with Leslie are gold. It helps that the first episode we watched was the petals one.

See I've never been into this much like I was with Steven universe,but its intriguing to see what a sequel series will look like

I'm expecting the worst from the sequel series, though i hope I'm wrong. Very excited for The Movie however.

I have been watching gumball for so long i devoloped Tetris syndrome.

EVERYTIME i close my eyes i see weird screencaps of the show, usually a outline.

Right now im seeing Anais arguing with Gumball and Darwin at the school library

Off the top of my head? Eating Anton (or whatever the toast kid's name is) like a sandwich in "The Spoiler".

Wow,it's almost reminding of how Ed edd and eddy got a similar amount of seasons

Johnny will be happy, that's his favorite modern cartoon network show.

Personally, I'd rather they do something different and do a time skip where Gumball and Penny are married and have kids of their own (who happen to be called Gumball Jr and Darwin Jr), as well as seeing other adult versions of the child cast (while the adult cast would all be senior citizens).

Then what happening with the movie? Has it been cancelled?

They're still shopping it around, apparently. Incidentally, imagine how ironic it'd be if it ended up on Disney+.
